Navigating Project Reporter
After logging in, you'll find a list of the various Commonwealth Medicine
divisions accessible through Project Reporter. Each department
has its own page containing links to projects, which are grouped by subject.
Because Project Reporter uses role-based security, you will only have access
to the projects that you are involved with. |

Using the Search Feature
The best way to find a specific project quickly is to use the ‘Search
Projects’ feature. This option is located on the first page you'll
see after logging in. You can search based on a variety of criteria, including
keyword, project title, department or business unit. If the project is one
that you lead or sponsor, simply click on Administrative Member Search and
enter your name into the appropriate field. |

Viewing Information on a Particular Project
Project information is presented in a logical, tabular format. The first
page of each project report contains:
- Brief Project Description
- Most Recent Status Update
- Links to Key Project Documents
Other tabs provide access to all previous status updates, documents associated
with the project, tasks that have been assigned to project team members,
and a list of all team members involved. |
