COMMONWEALTH MEDICINE OFFICE OF MASSACHUSETTS CLIENT RELATIONS

The Commonwealth Medicine Office of Massachusetts Client Relations works to promote effective administration and communication within Massachusetts public agencies. We have organized the work of our office into the groups shown below which are intended to accomodate both internally driven and executed projects as well as projects conducted in conjunction with client agencies.

The Departmental Administration group, as the name suggests, contains projects related to ensuring the effective operation of this office. As such, few, if any, external parties will have access to these projects.

The Agency-Specific Work group refers to initiatives undertaken in partnership with public agencies. Agency and Commonwealth Medicine personnel who are involved in such efforts will have access, on an as-needed basis, to projects in this area.

The Client Services group contains information about projects aimed at enhancing the client experience and meeting client articulated needs. While largely internal in nature, some of the work here will involve Agency and Commonwealth Medicine personnel.

The Communications group is a placeholder intended to act as a distribution vehicle and archive for communications materials aimed at internal and external audiences.

Commonwealth Medicine Business Activity is a group whose purpose is to act as a convenient and centralized distribution vehicle and archive for financial and operational summary reports generated by Commonwealth Medicine units.

The Request Processing group is where all data, publication and resource requests are managed. Agency and Commonwealth Medicine personnel involved with such requests will have access to this area on an as-needed basis.
